We are recruiting: Production Quality Technician (M/F)

Type of contract : OPEN-ENDED CONTRACT

Working conditions

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the conformity of parts leaving our workshops. 

Your main tasks will include:

- Dimensional control: Carrying out rigorous checks on machined parts during production and acceptance, and during final inspection.
- Metrology & 3D: Use conventional measuring instruments and control 3D inspection equipment to validate complex geometries.
- Non-Compliance Management: Identifying deviations, isolating non-compliant products and participating in root cause analysis.
- Documentation: Writing inspection reports and filling in manufacturing files.
- Workshop interface: Working closely with the machinists to ensure that tolerances are respected.

Working day shifts

Desired profile

Training: Technical training (Bac +2 such as BTS CPRP, Mesures Physiques or equivalent).
- Technical skills: You have a good knowledge of, or have already worked in, the machining industry and you are familiar with reading drawings and the basics of metrology.
You have knowledge of ISO standards (9001 and/or 19443 and/or 9100).

- The "Plus": Knowledge of sheet metal work (reading overall drawings, welding) and COFREND knowledge/certification (level 1 or 2) in non-destructive testing.
- Experience: Initial experience in an industrial environment is an advantage, but high-potential beginners are also welcome. We are ready to train you in our tools and methods.
