Since it was founded in 1962, MGO (Mécanique Générale Offemontoise) has established itself as a recognised player in the field of precision mechanics and in machining, welding, forming (bending, rolling, stamping), laser cutting and painting.
Our company supports its customers in production and design of mechanical parts and assemblies or sub-assemblies, from prototypes to small/medium production runs.
Based in Offemont, The company is ideally located in the north-east of France, close to major motorways and 45 minutes from the Euroairport.

MGO's history, development and business sectors
MGO is above all a family entrepreneurial adventure which began in 1962.
The company is created by André LEPAUL and was set up in the heart of the village of Offemont.
Thanks to its skills and genuine technical know-how in the field of machining, quickly recognised by a number of prime contractors, the company enjoyed strong growth in the first few years of its existence.
In the early 70s, André's son injected a new dynamic into the business, Jean LEPAUL, Thanks to courageous and decisive investments in a number of numerically controlled machines, the company is continuing to develop actively, particularly in the energy sector, and has begun working with ALSTHOM, a long-standing customer of the company.
Jean LEPAUL took over the management of the company in the 80s, and an important and necessary decision was made at the beginning of the 90s: to move the company to new premises to enable it to continue its growth.
In 1993, MGO inaugurated its new buildings in the ZAC du Ballon development zone in Offemont.
In the early 2000s, the company was certified ISO 9001, This confirms that its quality system has been properly implemented.
20 years later, MGO has continued to rely on its technical strength and expertise in machining and welding to maintain its growth, and it was at this point that the company was born.’Olivier LEPAUL joins the entrepreneurial adventure.
A new commercial dynamic was then established, enabling the company to expand further internationally, with the opening up of new collaborations with major contractors.
The pursuit of strong strategic choices (purchase of 5-axis machining centres, Computer Aided Manufacturing, new ISO 19443 certifications for the company) has further consolidated MGO's position as one of the world's leading leading subcontractor in the manufacture and design of precision mechanical components and assemblies for a number of strategic, growth-generating sectors:
