Quality control

MGO can demonstrate its advanced, controlled quality approach, backed up by its certifications ISO 9001 and 19443, This ensures a high level of quality control and traceability for all its products.

We also have certified agents COFREND 2, This enables us to carry out the required non-destructive tests directly in-house:

  • Penetrant testing (coloured & fluorescent)
  • Magnetoscopy (clamp and bench)

We have a wide range of inspection facilities and the capacity to carry out the tests and trials required by our customers:

  • Carrying out dimensional and three-dimensional checks (2 Mitutoyo 3D measuring machines available, including a high-capacity machine with a checking capacity of L4000 x W2000 x H1600 mm).
  • Roughness control
  • Pressure testing (hydraulics)
  • Checking paint thickness and pull-off tests
  • Macrographic inspection
  • Load tests with an external laboratory to confirm CE validation
  • A quality approach governed by the'ISO 9001 and 19443, with high standards
  • Many calibrated test equipment
  • Type of analysis"8D method"systematically carried out in the event of problems with our processes or non-compliance
