Our painting services

At MGO, we have a equipped workshop to provide industrial painting services for parts produced in-house. This includes surface preparation, application of technical coatings and quality control of finishes.

Surface preparation

Before the coating is applied, the parts are treated to ensure optimum adhesion of the paint. This involves :

  • Shot blasting or sand blasting to remove impurities and oxides from the surface,
  • Cleaning and degreasing to remove any traces of oil or residue.

Finishes and coatings

We can offer a range of solutions to meet your technical and aesthetic needs:

  • Powder coating for excellent mechanical and chemical resistance,
  • Technical liquid paint adapted to demanding environments,
  • Anti-corrosion coatings or specific according to specifications.

These processes make it possible to obtain a uniform, durable coating, even on complex geometries.

At MGO, each painted piece is the subject of a special systematic quality control :

  • Checking paint adhesion
  • Thickness measurement of coatings
  • Pull-off or cling tests according to customer requirements
